Данное исследование проводилось Центром консалтинговых услуг «ИНТЕРКОН» по заказу одного из крупнейших международных логистических операторов. Основной целью исследования являлся анализ рынка логистических услуг с точки зрения перспективности строительства собственного складского комплекса компании на территории Московской области.
В ходе выполнения исследования решались следующие задачи:
- Оценка потенциала 12 районов Московской области, непосредственно прилегающих к столице с точки зрения оптимального размещения складского комплекса.
- Анализ рынка коммерческих складов московского региона
- Анализ сегментов СВХ и таможенных складов
- Анализ рынка логистических услуг московского региона, включая подробный анализ конкурентов и потребителей
- Анализ факторов «внешней среды» логистического рынка: динамика внешней торговли, грузопотоки и вопросы транспортировки, таможенное законодательство, налогообложение и т.д.
